to be up front I know very little about plates, I am only going off the research I did.
I am going to assume this is a rare version of this plate, due to the fact I can not find one with this ladies portrait anywhere.  There are many that are similar but none like this.
That being said I do realize its not in mint condition, so its very hard to price. (I may be too high or I may be way too low)

There is a pearl sheen to the plate
As you can see there was/is a crack at the bottom looks to have been repaired at some point
