    PAYMENTS:
    Once payments are received, items will be mailed within 72 hours.
    Payments are expected at the time of purchase; however, in the event that a delay is warranted, payments should be made no later than 72 after purchase.
    Accepted forms of payments are Pay pal, credit cards any special arrangements as indicated in the Auction terms.
    SHIPPING:
    Shipping terms will be shown on all auctions
    We will provide insurance in most shipments and in the event that we fail to provide insurance, the buyer will be notified of such action before the shipment is made. Reasons as to why insurance coverage is not provided will be explained to the customer.
    Purchased items will be mailed within 72 hours after payments are received.
    All Freight items will require special arrangements involving the Freight Company, the buyer and us.
    We reserve the right to use any Carrier in shipping purchased products; however we will listen and possibly accommodate the wishes and desires of our customers.
    In the event that the Customer requests a rush delivery of a purchased product, we will always be willing to accommodate such requests with a modest fee.
    RETURNS:
    Because we provide shipping insurance in many cases, all items that are damaged in transit will be handled as such.
    We will glad to provide refunds for items that prove to be bad; however the customer will have to pay for the shipment of those materials unless there is compelling evidence that the items were accidentally sent out as defective.
    We will not accept the returns of all opened software materials.
    FEEDBACK:
    We will provide FEEDBACK as soon as the transaction is complete.
