Vintage Pope Gosser China Creamer Rosemont Pink Rose Floral

This beautiful vintage or antique? creamer is in very good condition.  It does have a dark spot just behind the spout on the right side.  And around the base about 1/4" the china has darkened? Supposed to be there? I do not know.  On the bottom it has : Pope Gosser China  Made in U.S.A. Sterling 42  (and in gold it has the number 3159,   Rosemont.   The creamer stands 2 1/2" tall, from spout to handle is 5 1/4", and diameter is 3 1/4".
