Vintage Pope - Gosser China La Belle Plate with Possibly Hand Painted Cat Face

Beautiful, gold - trimmed floral dinner plate featuring a lovely cat face (possibly hand painted?).
The La Belle floral plate bears the "POPE-GOSS
ER CHINA MADE IN U.S.A" all caps mark that was most likely used in the late 1920's to the early 1930's.
The plate is in good used Vintage condition with minor wear to some of the gold as well as a few scrapes to the face of the cat.
It measures approximately 10" in diameter.
